Práce je z prostředí managementu sportu, jejíž hlavním cílem je identifikace silných a slabých stránek Ski klubu RD Rýmařov. Mezi dílčí cíle patří charakteristika organizace, analýza vnitřního prostředí, identifikace silných a slabých stránek klubu, návrhy na odstranění slabých stránek a ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaných řešení. The work is from the environment of sport management. The main goal is to identify weak and strong aspects of Ski club RD Rýmařov. Another lower goals are describe this organization, analysis of internal environment, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the club, proposals to eliminate weaknesses and economic evaluation of proposed solutions.
