Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností a rekvalifikacemi u lidí starších padesáti let. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jak účastníci rekvalifikačních kurzů hodnotí jejich dopad na svou profesní kariéru. Práce sestává ze dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. The main topic of this master´s thesis is unemployment and rekvalification in the age group 50 years and over. The goal of this thesis is to find out how rekvalification course attendees evaluate the course impact on their profesional career.
