Abstract:
Elicitiny reprezentují proteinové elicitory v interakci rostlina – patogen. Jsou schopné vázat steroly a vyšší mastné kyseliny. Kryptogein je 10 kDa protein vylučovaný oomycetou Phytophtora cryptogea, který způsobuje u rostlin tabáku silnou obranou reakci a může vést až k nekróze listů. Abstract:
Elicitins represent proteins elicitors in the plant-pathogen interactions. They are known to bind sterols and fatty acids. Cryptogein is 10 kDa elicitin secreted by oomycetes Phytophthora cryptogea, which induces strong defense reaction leading even to leaf necrosis in tobacco plants.
