Ticket sale and verification application

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to create application for the purchase and verification of tickets in the field of sport events with the added value of ticket scalping restriction. The design of the application is based on the analysis of existing solutions and a survey of user satisfaction of these systems. The innovation element is exclusive electronic ticket manipulation and possibility of selling them to other users directly in the application for initial amount. A responsive web application was created in the environment of React and Symfony technologies, focused on usability, scalability and security. The result is therefore an entry solution that can handle user's entrance to the event, from the purchase, through presenting the valid ticket, to the organizer-driven verification and with additional documentation of possible options for further development.

Abstract:

Cieľom práce je vznik aplikácie pre nákup a verifikáciu vstupeniek v oblasti športových podujatí s pridanou hodnotou obmedzenia priekupníctva. Návrh aplikácie vychádza z analýzy existujúcich riešení a prieskumu spokojnosti používateľov týchto systémov. Inováciou je výlučná elektronická manipulácia so vstupenkami a možnosť ich predaja iným používateľom priamo v aplikácii za počiatočnú sumu. V práci bola vytvorená responzívna webová aplikácia v prostredí technológií React a Symfony, zameraná na použiteľnosť, škálovateľnosť a bezpečnosť. Výsledkom je preto vstupné riešenie, ktoré dokáže odbaviť vstup na štadión od používateľského nákupu, cez preukázanie sa platnou vstupenkou až po organizátorom riadenú verifikáciu a zároveň dokumentuje možnosti ďalšieho rozvoja.
