Internal Control of Shelf Labels in a Selected Stores

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je řešena na téma: Interní kontrola regálových štítků na vybraných prodejnách. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést a vyhodnotit analýzu četnosti chyb u zvolené kontroly v oblasti maloobchodu a její fungování. Na základě výsledků této analýzy vymezit oblast zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro zlepšení. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretickou definici vnitřní kontroly a maloobchodního prostředí. Jsou zde popsány postupy během kontroly, základní pojmy, metody a závěry. Druhá část je zaměřena na vybranou účetní jednotku, která si nepřála být jmenována a její fungování vnitřních kontrol. V této části je popsán způsob, jak funguje vybraná kontrola, efektivnost kontroly a jsou zde vytipovány oblasti, na které jsou také navržena příslušná opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is Internal Control of Shelf Labels in a Selected Stores. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform and evaluate an analysis of the frequency of errors in the selected control in the field of retail and its functioning. Based on the results of this analysis to define area for improvement and propose appropriate recommendations for improvement. The first part focuses on the theoretical definition of internal controls and the retail environment. Procedures during the inspection, basic concepts, methods and conclusions are described here. The second part focuses on the selected company, that did not wish to be named and its functioning of internal controls. This section describes how the selected control works, the effectiveness of the control and identifies areas where appropriate measures are also proposed that will lead to improvement.
