This thesis examines the concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS), which is revolutionizing transportation by offering a flexible and sustainable alternative to traditional vehicle ownership. Driven by environmental concerns and digital advancements, MaaS provides a unified platform that integrates various mobility options, allowing users to choose and consume transport services more efficiently. The research is motivated by the growing inefficiencies in coordinating multiple transport modes and the increasing criticism of car-centric urban systems. This thesis evaluates whether MaaS can disrupt traditional mobility models and provide a scalable, efficient solution for modern transportation needs, with implications for business leaders, policymakers, and urban planners in shaping the future of urban mobility.
