Diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku jednotlivých možností, které má dědic, příp. budoucí presumptivní dědic, dané zákonem, které mu umožňují disponovat s předmětem dědictví, ať již budoucím, nebo stávajícím. Jedná se především o instituty zřeknutí se dědického práva, odmítnutí dědictví, vzdání se dědictví a zcizení dědictví. The diploma thesis deals with possibilities of heir or future heir in inheritance law. These possibilities allow to dispose with subject of heritage, no matter if with future one or current one. It deals mostly with institutes like renunciation of succession right, refusal of inheritance, waiver of inheritance and alienation of inheritance.
