Abstract:

Zdá se, že ve stále více polarizovaném světě se témata migrace a integrace stávají předmětem politických sporů a sociálních nepokojů. Jak mohou nevládní aktéři ovlivnit proces tvorby politiky integrace přistěhovalců a její realizaci ve prospěch žadatelů o azyl? Cílem této práce je pomocí případové studie pochopit, jak mohou nevládní organizace tvořit veřejnou politiku týkající se integrace přistěhovalců směrem ke konečné podobě odpovídající potřebám cílové skupiny. Práce si klade za cíl přispět k lepšímu pochopení toho, jak jsou nevládní organizace klíčovými aktéry při obhajobě hlasů a zájmů těch, kteří nejsou slyšet, a to prostřednictvím obhajoby inovativních způsobů tvorby politiky s lidským zaměřením.

Abstract:

In a world more and more polarised, it seems like topics of migration and integration are becoming a subject of political controversy and social unrest. How can non-governmental actors influence the process of immigrant integration policymaking and its implementation for the sake of asylum seekers? The objective of this thesis is to understand, with the help of a study case, how NGOs can shape public policy regarding immigrant integration towards a final form suitable to the needs of the targeted group. The thesis aims to contribute to the better understanding on how NGOs are crucial actors when defending the voices and interests of those unheard, by advocating for innovative ways of policymaking with a human focus.
