Práce se zabývá nevládní organizací Amnesty International a jejími možnostmi psobit a ovlivovat politiky Evropské unie v lidskoprávní oblasti. Jako píklad byla vybrána konkrétní problematika uprchlík a azylová politika. Cílem práce je analýza hypotézy, že AI je schopna ovlivovat politiky EU v lidskoprávní oblasti.
