Coping strategies of football referees

Abstract:

V teoretické části této bakalářské práce se zabýváme základní charakteristikou fotbalu. Dále popisujeme osobnost fotbalového rozhodčího z pohledu sociálního, emocionálního a motivačního. V závěru teoretické části také uvádíme analýzu zátěžových situací a strategie jejich zvládání. V praktické části zjišťujeme úroveň copingových dovedností fotbalových rozhodčí. Dále porovnáváme výsledky z hlediska druhu rozhodované soutěže a pohlaví. Výsledná data, která jsme získali pomocí americké verze dotazníku ACSI-28 interpretujeme v sedmi oblastech tohoto dotazníku.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis we deal with basic characteristic of football. Furthermore, we describe the personality of football referee from the point of view of social, emotional and motivational. At the end of the theoretical part we also present analysis of the stress situations and strategy management. In the practical part we are finding out the level of coping skills of football referees. Furthermore, we compare the results in terms of kind of competition and gender. Final data which we obtained by using of the ACSI-28 questionnaire are interpreted in seven areas of this questionnaire.
