Diplomová práce se zabývá rozhodovací praxí orgánů při posuzování zaměnitelnosti, resp. pravděpodobnosti záměny ochranných známek, dobré víry přihlašovatele ochranné známky a zrušení ochranné známky z důvodu neužívání. Diploma thesis focuses on the judicial activity of authoritative bodies, which are authorized to make decisions on the similarity, or rather likelihood of confusion in the area of trade marks, infringer´s good faith and revocation of trade mark for reason of non-use.
