Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci rozebírám takový negativní jev na pracovišti, jako mobbing. V teoretické části probírám základní informace o mobbingu, příčinách jeho vzniku, jeho účastnících a důsledcích. V praktické části své práce hledám odpovědi na cílové otázky metodou dotazníkového šetření. Následně předkládám návrhy, jak by se mobbingu měli postavit zaměstnavatelé, zaměstnance firem a jak by mohli mobbingu …more
Abstract:
In my dissertation I analyse such a negative effect at the workplace as mobbing. In the theoretical part I describe information about causes of mobbing, its participants and consequences. Through the survey, in the practical part of my dissertation I’m searching for responses to my target questions. Then I submit some proposals, how the employers and employees of companies could prevent mobbing.
