Abstract:
Kreatinin je důležitým ukazatelem funkce ledvin v lidském těle, proto jsou přesná měření klíčová pro stanovení koncentrace kreatininu v krevní plazmě, či krevním séru. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na porovnání dvou metod, kterými se stanovuje kreatinin v séru, nebo plazmě. Jde o stanovení kreatininu pomocí Jaffeho metody a enzymatické metody. Abstract:
The creatinine is an importatnt indicator of kidney function in the human body, so accurate measurements are crucial for determining blood kreatinine concentration in blood plasma or blood serum. The diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of two methods to determine kreatinine in serum or plasma. It is a determinativ of creatinine using the Jaffe method and the enzymatic method.
