Budgetary Process, Control and Execution of Small Communities
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozpočtu malých obcí do 500 obyvatel. V úvodu práce je nastíněno postavení malých obcí v systému veřejné správy, dále je pozornost věnována vybraným institutům rozpočtového práva, obsahu rozpočtu malých obcí, rozpočtovému procesu a kontrole hospodaření obcí. V závěru jsou shrnuty získané poznatky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problems of small municipalities budget up to 500 people. The introduction outlined the position of small communities , public administration, as attention is paid to selected Institutes of budgetary law, the contents of the budget of small communities, budgetary process and control the finances of municipalities. In conclusion summarizes lessons learned.
