Comparison of administrative and judicial distraint
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na exekuci správní, soudní a jejich vzájemné porovnání. V první části je uveden historický vývoj, obecné informace o exekuci a jejích druzích. Následně je provedena komparace exekuce správní a soudní. V závěru práce jsou přiblíženy reakce soudních exekutorů na zaslaný dotazník. Práce koresponduje s právními předpisy platnými v době jejího zpracování.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on administrative and judicial distraint and their comparation. In the first part it is mentioned historical development and general information about distraints and their types. Then I compared administrative distraint with judicial distraint.The conclusion dealing with reactions of the distrainors on the base of questionnaire.The thesis is corresponding with valid …more
