Diplomová práce „Domácí porody – jaká lidská práva jsou ve hře?“ se zabývá aktuální právní úpravou v otázce domácích porodů. Je zde popsán konflikt práva dítěte na život, resp. zdraví a práva matky na tělesnou integritu, zohledňující přístup jak české, tak evropské judikatury. Thesis „Home Births – Human Rights at Stake?“ deals with current legislation regarding home birth. It describes a conflict between child’s right to life, resp. health and mother’s right to bodily integrity, taking into account czech as well as european case law.
