Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou krajského zřízení. V první části se věnuje právní úpravě krajského zřízení v České republice a decentralizaci veřejné správy v evropském kontextu. Druhá část se zabývá konkrétním uplatněním krajského zřízení v Královéhradeckém kraji. Práce se zaměřuje na organizační uspořádaní a jeho praktické problémy. Podrobně jsou popsány orgány kraje. This thesis is interested in the regional constitution. The first part deals with the legal regulation of the regional constitution in the Czech Republic and the decentralization of the public administration in European context.
