The effect of cryostimulation and sauna bath on 24 - hour blood pressure values in healthy people
Abstract:
The thesis is concerned with the effect of cryostimulation and sauna bath on blood pressure in a group of young healthy normotensive people. Every volunteer underwent one round of a seven-day long 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, within which they took part in two cycles of sauna bath and one session in a cryochamber. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá vplyvom kryoterapie a saunovania na hodnoty krvného tlaku a srdcovej frekvencie v skupine mladých zdravých normotenzných osôb. V rámci štúdie bolo uskutočnené 7 denné 24 hodinové ambulantné monitorovanie krvného tlaku a srdcovej frekvencie, v priebehu ktorého absolvovali jedinci dva cykly saunovania a jednorazový vstup do kryokomory.
