Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na ochranu vlastnického práva třetích osob v exekučním řízení s ohledem na platnou právní úpravu, judikaturu soudů a praxi soudních exekutorů.
Abstract:
The thesis is focus on protection of property right of third person in enfrocement proceeding based on valid legislation, judicial decisions and practice of judicial executor.
