Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá cestovním pojištěním a asistenčními službami. Samostatná kapitola je věnována poskytování zdravotní péče prostřednictvím veřejného zdravotního pojištění v rámci Evropy. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o dané problematice a současně porovnat možnosti čerpání lékařské péče při cestách do zahraničí, a to s ohledem na existující rizika a omezení. Vedle informací obecného charakteru, práce zahrnuje konkrétní příklady, postupy a modelovou situaci. Závěr práce tvoří porovnání pěti konkrétních pojistitelů, které je zaměřené na krátkodobé cestovní pojištění s variantou internetového sjednání. Kromě produktového srovnání je hodnocena také dostupnost a kvalita informací umístěných na webových stránkách, rozsah a variabilita nabízených druhů pojištění. Výstupem je souhrnné hodnocení a doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with travel insurance and assistance services. A separate chapter is dedicated to providing health care by public health insurance in Europe. The aim of this work is provide a comprehensive overview of the subject and also compare options of medical treatment while traveling abroad, with regard to the risks and limitations. In addition to general information, there are specific examples, procedures and illustrative situation in thesis. The conclusion of this work is made by comparing five insurance companies with focus on short-term travel insurance negotiating on-line. Except of product comparison, the availability and quality of the information posted on the website is assessed, as well as the extent and variability of offered insurance. The result is a comprehensive evaluation and recommendation.
