Diskriminácia na pracovisku a možnosti jej eliminácie

Discrimination in the workplace and possibilities of its elimination
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on learning about the forms and manifestations of discriminatory behavior by a questionnaire and both the private and public sectors. Our goal is to determine whether the surveyed workplaces contain expressions of discrimination and for what reason and to evaluate the possibility of finding solutions to discriminatory behavior.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca je zameraná na oboznámenie sa s formami a prejavmi diskriminačného chovania formou dotazníka a to tak v súkromnom ako aj verejnom sektore. Našim cieľom je zistiť či sa na oslovených pracoviskách vyskytujú prejavy diskriminácie a z akého dôvodu a na záver zhodnotiť možnosti riešenia diskriminačného chovania.
