Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Marketingové komunikace a síťovými médii s konkrétním zaměřením na vybraný podnik Donuter Donuts. V rámci této diplomové práce bude řešena problematika on-line marketingu a budou analyzovány nejvyužívanější on-line marketingové nástroje se zaměřením na firmu Donuter Donuts. Práce bude obsahovat zhodnocení dosavadních on-line marketingových aktivit vybrané firmy a návrh doporučení on-line marketingových aktivit vybrané firmy. Diplomová práce se konkrétně zabývá základními a meritorními formami on-line marketingové komunikace a propagace na internetu. Jde především o reklamu na internetu, optimalizaci pro vyhledávače, PPC kampaně a sociální sítě. V praktické části této práce byly provedeny analýzy on-line marketingových aktivit firmy Donuter Donuts a posléze vytvořen návrh doporučení on-line marketingových aktivit, jež budou mít za cíl přilákat nové relevantní cílové zákazníky na webové stránky, pomohou k navýšení konverzí a zvýší povědomí o značce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic Marketing communication and network media with a specific focus on selected Donute Donuts. This diploma thesis will deal with the issue of on-line marketing and will analyze the most used online marketing tools focusing on Donute Donuts. The work will include an evaluation of the current online marketing activities of the selected company and a proposal for recommendation of the online marketing activities of the selected company. This diploma thesis deals specifically with basic and meritorious forms of online marketing communication and promotion on the Internet. This is primarily about internet advertising, search engine optimization, PPC campaigns and social networks. In the practical part of this work, analyzes of Donut Donuts on-line marketing activities were made, and then a draft recommendation of on-line marketing activities designed to attract new relevant target customers to websites, to help increase conversions and raise brand awareness.
