Bakalářská práce s názvem „Účel trestu‟ se zabývá problematikou trestu a jeho ospravedlňováním. Je zaměřena na definování pojmu trestu jako takového, s čímž souvisí také problematika jeho funkce, smyslu a účelu. The Bachelor’s thesis entitled „Purpose of punishment‟ deals with the issue of punishment and its justification. It focuses on defining the concept of punishment, which is also related to the issue of its function, meaning and purpose.
