Práce analyzuje postavení odborů ve společnosti, která je nazývána postindustriální. Cíle: - určení postavení odborů z hlediska právního ukotvení - zhodnocení dějinného postavení odborů - analýza současného postavení - vytvoření hypotézy o budoucím postavení odborů
Abstract:
The thesis analyzes the position of trade unions in the society, which is called postindustrial. Objectives: - determining the status of trade unions in terms of legal anchoring - the evaluation of the trade union's historical status - analysis of current status - creating a hypothesis on the future status of trade unions
