Abstract:

Téma této práce je choroba Charcot-Marie-Tooth a možnosti řešení ortéz pro usnadnění pohybu pacientů. V úvodu mé práce je popsaná historie onemocnění a také klinický obraz tohoto onemocnění. Dále jsem psal o diagnostických metodách a možnostech rehabilitační a také ortopedické léčby. Hlavní část mé práce obsahuje informace o ortotickém řešení tohoto onemocnění. Popisuji zde obecné rozdělení ortéz dolních končetin, možnosti vybavení pacientů s onemocněním Charcot-Marie-Tooth, typy ortéz a materiály na výrobu.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome and posibilities of solving orthoses to relief patient movement. The introduction of my work is the history of the disease and the clinical status of the disease. I also wrote about diagnostic methods and possibilities of rehabilitation as well as orthopedic treatment. The main part of my work contains information about the orthotic solution of this disease. I describe the general division of lower limb orthoses, the possibilities of equipping patients with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, types of orthoses and materials for production.
