Abstract:
Cílem závěrečné práce je analyzovat současný stav užití internetu v cestovní agentuře IVA TOUR Němec Jihlava. Součastný stav zjistit pomocí SWOT analýzy. Sestavit návrhy na efektivnější využívání internetu v cestovní agentuře a jejich možné zavedení do praxe.
