Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza motivačního systému ve vybraném podniku. Témata jako motivace, hodnocení a odměňování je součástí každodenního života. The subject of this bachelor study is the analysis of a motivation program in a specific company. Motivation, evaluation and remuneration of a person are parts of our everyday life.
