Etika a korektnost nebankovních společnosti v České republice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu etika nebankovních společností. Které je v současné době velmi aktuální, protože diky nové regulaci České národní banky, mohou poskytovat úvěry pouze společnosti, které splňují pravidla pro udělení licence České národní banky. Díky této nové regulaci ubilo počet nebankovních společností na Českém trhu a společnosti se přetahují o klienty a snaží se vzbudit větší důvěru mezi klienty například etickými kodexy. Cílem práce je zmapování trhu nebankovního sektoru a přístupům k etickému kodexu jednotlivcích společností. V teoretické části se zaměřuje za pomoci literárního výzkumu na základní pojmy a koncepty. V praktická část představuje tři hlavní ne bankovní společnosti a dále pak srovnání dalších menších společností. V poslední část práce se věnuje zhodnocení celého nebankovního trhu a navrhuje možná zlepšení

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with ethics of non-banking companies. At present, it is very actual topics because, of the new regulation of the Czech National Bank, only companies that meet the rules for granting a license to the Czech National Bank can provide the loans. Because to this new law regulation, the number of non-bank companies on the Czech market and companies are dragging their clients and trying to create more trust among clients, for example, by ethical codes. The aim of the thesis is to map the market of the non-banking sector and to approach the ethical code of individual companies. In the theoretical part, he focuses on basic concepts and concepts using literary research. In the practical part, there are three major non-banking companies and then the comparison of other smaller companies. In the last part of the thesis, the evaluation of the entire non-bank market is being proposed and suggests possible improvements
