Cotinine - an effective marker for nicotine abuse
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kotininem, metabolitem nikotinu, a jeho analýzou. Jako materiál posloužily vzorky moče od 97 anonymních dárců, kteří současně vyplnili dotazník se základními údaji, z nichž nejpodstatnější bylo množství vykouřených cigaret za týden. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the cotinine, a metabolite of nicotine, and its analysis. Urine samples from 97 anonymous donors were used as analyzed material and they had to fill out the questionnaire with basic dates.
