Men's knee injury and condition in football

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sportovního zranění ve fotbale zaměřenou na poranění spojená s kolenem u mužů. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V části teoretické jsou vymezeny pojmy pojící se se sportovním zraněním, pohybovými nároky a rizikovými faktory u hráče fotbalu a poraněním kolene. Druhá část se stavu kolene v oblasti fotbalu na dvou různých úrovních a dále navržením preventivním opatřením, přičemž stěžejní pozornost je zaměřena na preventivní program FIFA 11+. Cílem práce je vytvořit studii o této problematice, která jednak shrnuje teoretické poznatky a jednak udává poznatky na základě vlastního výzkumu ve fotbalovém prostředí.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sports injuries in football focused on men´s injuries associated with the knee. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the concepts related to movement requirements and risk factors in football players and knee injuries. The second part deals with the state of the knee in the field of football at two different levels and the further design of preventive measures, with the main focus on the preventive program FIFA 11+. The aim of the work is to create a study on this issue, which on the one hand summarizes theoretical knowledge and on the other hand gives knowledge on the basis of own research in the football environment.
