Abstract:
In my bachelor work I deal with the system of social insurance that exists in Slovak republic after introducing free market economy and euro. Constintuent benefits, services and their requisition are analysed in chapters. Health insurance is a special kind of social insurance. The legal status of medical care providers and policyholders is described in the last chapter.

V práci sa zaoberám systémom sociálneho zabezpečenia občanov, ktoré existuje v Slovenskej republike, po prechode na trhovú ekonomiku a zavedení eura. Jednotlivé druhy, dávky a služby a ich nárokovosť je rozobraná v jednotlivých kapitolách. Zdravotné poistenie je zvláštnym druhom sociálneho zabezpečenia.
