Abstract:

Teoretická východiska diplomové práce jsou orientována na problematiku agresivního chování žáků mladšího školního věku na základních školách a to zejména z pohledu přístupu pedagogických pracovníků při zvládání tohoto problému. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat postupy používané pedagogickými pracovníky v oblasti práce s dětskou agresivitou. V teoretické části se práce kromě vymezení agresivity a strategií při zvládání dětské agresivity, také věnuje problematice autority a kázně. Výstupem práce

Abstract:

The theoretical base of my thesis is focusing on the difficulties with aggressive behaviour of younger school pupils at elementary school and looking at the approach of the pedagogical staff in managing these situations. The main goal is to analyse the procedures used by the staff in the situations connected with child aggressiveness.
