Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem biodegradability připravené polymerní směsi PLA/PHB a PLA s přidaným plastifikátorem a změnou jejich některých vlastností. Biode-gradace probíhala v prostředí vyzrálého kompostu a byla vyhodnocována analýzou vzniklého CO2 pomocí plynového chromatografu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the biodegradability study of prepared PLA / PHB and PLA polymer blends with added plasticizers and changing of some of their properties. Biodegradation took place in the environment of mature compost and CO2 production was evaluated by analysis in gas chromatograph.
