Zastoupení zahraničního podnikatele formou pobočky a smluvního distributora

Dealership of Foreign Businessman by Office and by Contracting Dealer
Abstract:
Práce obsahuje základní porovnání dvou forem zastoupení zahraničního podnikatele na trhu a to formu smluvní a pobočkovou. V první části je rozebíráno zastoupení podnikatele obecně s ohledem na ekonomický pojem reprezentace. V další části jsou rozebírány jednotlivé smluvní a pobočkové typy. Práce je doplněna rozborem případu konkrétního francouzského podnikatele v oboru sanitární techniky.
Abstract:
This thesis is an analyse of the representation of the foreign entreprise on the market. The first chapter compare differents types of representation. Second chapter analyse differents commercial agreements and branches types. Last chapter is the practical application in the case of french entreprise of sanitary ware.
