Abstract:
Tématem práce jsou prameny správního práva uplatnitelné v rámci českého právního řádu. V přední části práce se budu okrajově věnovat historii, poté pojmu pramenů práva z obecného hlediska a zmíním, v jakých pramenech jsou normy správního práva obsaženy. The topic of the thesis is sources of administrative law that are applicable within the Czech legal system. In the first chapters of the thesis, I am going to focus generally on sources of law as such and I am going to mention what sources of administrative law there are in the Czech Republic.
