Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá, zda má původ nerovnosti vliv na ochotu podvádět. Pro sběr dat byl navržen a proveden experiment pomocí softwaru oTree. Výsledky potvrzují přítomnost podvádění a také, že pocit nespravedlnosti zvyšuje šance na možnost výskytu podvádění. Nepotvrdila se však hypotéza, že lidé, kterým je řečeno, že díky jejich nadprůměrnému výkonu dostanou větší odměnu budou podvádět více než ti, kterým …more
Abstract:
This thesis investigates whether the source of inequality affects the willingness to cheat. An experiment using oTree software was designed and performed for the data collection. The results show a presence of cheating and that feeling treated unfairly increases the chances of the possibility of cheating.
