Business Plan for the Establishment of a Social Enterprise

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je rozbor a sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení sociálního podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje základní principy podnikání a odlišnost těchto principů u podnikání sociálního. Dále rozpracovává konkrétní postupy a strukturu podnikatelského plánu včetně výběru právní formy, určení potenciálních trhů, analýzy konkurence, marketingové strategie a finančního plánu. Porovnává odlišnosti podnikatelského plánu klasického podniku a podniku sociálního. Cílem práce je následná aplikace zjištěných teoretický poznatků do praxe. V praktické části práce je tedy vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán na založení zapsaného ústavu Principium, z. ú., jehož činnost je zaměřena na poskytování sociální služby osobní asistence, domácí zdravotní péče a provozování chráněné dílny.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and compilation of a business plan for establishing a social enterprise. The thesis is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of entrepreneurship and the differences of these principles in a social business practice. It further elaborates on the specific processes and structure of the business plan, including choice of legal form, identification of potential markets, analysis of competition, marketing strategy and financial plan. Furthermore, this paper compares the differences between business plans of classical enterprises and social enterprises. The overall aim of this thesis is to subsequently apply the discussed theoretical knowledge into practice. Hence, in the practical part of this thesis a concrete business plan for the establishment of a registered institute, Principium, is put forth, whose aim is to provide social services of a nature of personal assistance, home health care and the operation of a sheltered workshop.
