Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou následných žádostí v řízení o mezinárodní ochraně. Nejprve stručně vymezuji základní pojmy, instituty azylu, uprchlictví a mezinárodní ochrany. Věnuji se azylovému právu mezinárodnímu i unijnímu. Poté zkoumám řízení o mezinárodní ochraně v České republice v jeho procesní podobě. Druhá část mé práce se věnuje následným žádostem. The subject of this thesis is the issue of Subsequent Applications in Administrative (Asylum) Proceedings. The first part briefly deals with the basic concepts of Asylum, Refugees and International Protection. I focus on Asylum law linked with the European Union laws and International laws.
