Úvod: Bupivakain je široce používané lokální anestetikum. V klinické praxi je často využívána směs bupivakainu s lidokainem nebo s trimekainem s cílem dosáhnout rychlého nástupu blokády pomocí lidokainu nebo trimekainu a dlouhého trvání blokády pomocí bupivakainu. Background: Bupivacaine is a widely used long-acting local anaesthetic. In clinical practice, mixtures of bupivacaine and lidocaine or bupivacine and trimecaine are often used in order to combine the fast onset of sensory blockade by lidocaine or trimecaine with more profound and longer blockade duration caused by bupivacaine.
