Abstract:

Tato práce zkoumá vztah učitelů a světských kněží v období od 2. pol. 19. století do 1. pol. 20. století. Cílem práce je především popsat vzájemné vztahy státu a církve, resp. učitelů a kněží, ale také jejich role a postavení ve veřejném životě. Jejich vztah je prezentován na příkladu vybraných lokalit na území poličského školního okresu a posuzován z předpokladu o postupující sekularizaci společnosti.

Abstract:

This master thesis is a research into the relationship of teachers and secular priests from the second half of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century. The aim of the thesis is to describe the relations between the state and the Church (between teachers and priests, respectively), but also their roles and position in public life. Their relationship is presented on the example of selected areas in Polička school district and the assessment is based on the assumption of gradual secularization of the society.
