Abstract:

Tato rigorózní práce na téma „Změna pracovního poměru se zaměřením na pracovní cestu“ se zabývá problematikou změny pracovního poměru a souvisejících otázek. Hlavní část práce je tvořena aktuální úpravou pracovní cesty a rozborem otázek, které jsou s ní spojeny. Práce vymezuje poskytování cestovních náhrad v souvislosti s pracovní cestou a poskytuje analýzu jednotlivých druhů cestovních náhrad. V práci je uveden pro porovnání také exkurz do slovenské právní úpravy pracovní cesty.

Abstract:

This thesis „Change of an employment relationship with a focus on business trip“ deals with the issue of changing employment relationship and related issues. The main part of the thesis consists of the current regulation of the business trip and the analysis of the questions connected with business trip. The thesis defines compenstation for the expenses in connection with businesst trip and provides an analysis of each type of expenses. These thesis also contains an excursion to the Slovak business trip legislation and provide comparison of the Czech legislation.
