Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá problematikou duševní hygieny, která je v dnešní náročné době stále naléhavější a důležitější pro udržení psychické pohody a zdraví jednotlivců. Teoretická část popisuje a analyzuje základní pojmy jako jsou duševní hygiena neboli psychohygiena, stres, psychická zátěž a syndrom vyhoření. Dále se zaměřuje na různé metody a techniky duševní hygieny, které mohou jednotlivcům pomoci zvládat každodenní výzvy a stresory. Praktická část práce zkoumá aktuální vnímání a důležitost duševní hygieny v současné společnosti. Cílem výzkumu je porovnat a analyzovat názory dvou generací poválečné generace "Baby Boomers" a generace X na téma duševní hygieny a jejích metod. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na jejich pohled z perspektivy dvou profesních skupin, konkrétně pedagogických pracovníků a zdravotnických pracovníků. Výzkum se zaměřuje na identifikaci rozdílů a podobností v přístupu k duševní hygieně mezi těmito generacemi případně profesními skupinami. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nejen poskytnout ucelený přehled o problematice duševní hygieny, ale také provést praktický výzkum, který přispěje k lepšímu porozumění vnímání a významu duševní hygieny mezi vybranými generacemi a profesními skupinami. Výsledky výzkumu mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další zkoumání a implementaci opatření podporujících duševní zdraví v různých profesních prostředích a podpořit zařazení těchto témat do celoživotního vzdělávání. Zároveň přispějí ke zvýšení povědomí o duševní hygieně, což může vést k lepšímu zacílení a zkvalitnění vzdělávání v této oblasti pro danou generační nebo profesní skupinu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of mental hygiene, which is increasingly urgent and crucial for maintaining the individual's psychological well-being and health in today's challenging times. The theoretical part describes and analyzes basic concepts such as mental hygiene or psychohygiene, stress, psychological stress and burnout syndrome. It also focuses on various mental hygiene methods and techniques to help individuals cope with everyday challenges and stressors. The practical part of the work examines the current perception and importance of mental hygiene in contemporary society. The research aims to compare and analyze the opinions of two generations - the post-war generation "Baby Boomers" and Generation X - on mental hygiene and its methods. Special emphasis is placed on their view from the perspective of two professional groups: teaching and healthcare staff. The research focuses on identifying differences and similarities in the approach to mental hygiene between these generations or professional groups. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is not only to provide a comprehensive overview of mental hygiene but also to conduct practical research that contributes to a better understanding of the perception and meaning of mental hygiene among (different) generations and professional groups. The research results can serve as a basis for further investigation and implementation of measures supporting mental health in various professional environments and support the inclusion of these topics in lifelong learning. At the same time, they can help to raise awareness of mental hygiene, leading to better targeting and improvement of education in this area for a given generational or professional group.
