The aim of the thesis "The influence of the Gambling Act on the operation of gaming houses and casinos" is to characterize this way of business in relation to the relatively new Act no. 186/2016 on Gambling. The text deals with the differences between old and current legislation, the process of transiting to the new Act, the obligations of operator and consequences of breaching them.
