Motivation of Young People to Attend Free-time Folklore Organisations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací mládeže navštěvovat volnočasovou folklorní organizaci. Teoretická část práce vymezuje období dospívání a charakterizuje mládež. Zaměřuje se na volný čas a výchovu ve volném čase. Definuje zájmovou činnost a motivaci mládeže. Popisuje folklor a představuje stárkovskou organizaci v obci Kobylí. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části práce je pomocí interview se členy této organizace zjistit, co je motivuje ke členství ve stárkovské organizaci. Hlavní výzkumný cíl je rozváděn dílčími výzkumnými cíli, které jsou zaměřeny na způsob, jakým se informanti ke členství ve stárkovské organizaci dostali, jaká vidí pozitiva na členství a co je ve členství stále udržuje.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of young people to attend a folklore leisure time organization. The theoretical part defines the period of adolescence and characterizes young people. It focuses on spending of their leisure time and leisure time education. It defines leisure time activities and young people's motivation. It describes folklore and presents "folklore organization in Kobylí". The main aim of the research part is to find out what motivates them to become members of the folklore organization. The main goal of the research develops parts which focus on how informants have become members of the folklore organization, what positives can they see in their membership and what keeps them in this organization.
