Energy and Environmental Evaluation of the Building

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá energetickým a environmentálním hodnocením budovy, zpracováním průkazu energetické náročnosti objektu a zhodnocením reálných spotřeb energií. V teoretické části jsou popsány platné normy a vyhlášky, systémy hodnocení jak z energetického, tak z environmentálního hlediska. To znamená energetický průkaz, štítek a certifikace udržitelnosti staveb. Praktická část je složena z výpočtu energetického průkazu jedné z původních částí budovy, vyhodnocení spotřeb energií na základě podružného měření a vyhodnocení provozních emisí pro novou i původní část. Dále jsou porovnány průkazy a emise obou hal, zároveň s reálnými spotřebami za rok 2017 a je navrženo úsporné řešení pro původní objekt.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with energy and the environmental assessment of the building, the energy performance certificate and the evaluation of real consumption of the building. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described standards and regulations, a system of energy and environmental evaluation. This equates to the certification and sustainability of the building. In the practical part is the calculation of energy, based on smart metering for the older part of the construction and evaluation of energy, based on smart meetering and evaluation of operating emissions for the new part and for the old part. There is also a comparison of the certificates end the emissions of both building with real consumption for year 2017 and energy saving solution are proposed at the end.
