Abstract:
Při výzkumu i aplikacích plazmatu se často používají směsi různých plynů. Poměr průtoků plynů, které se pouští do aparatury, je možné jednoduše změřit. Protože ale vývěvy čerpají různé plyny různou rychlostí, může se poměr parciálních tlaků plynů v aparatuře lišit od poměrů měřených průtoků. Abstract:
There are many kinds of gas mixtures used in scientific researches of the plasma as well as in many technical applications. Proportion of the gas flow injected to any aparate is easy measurable. As the vacuum pump draws different kinds of gas by different speed, the proportion of partial pressure can vary and differ from the proportions of measured flows.
