Alternative Budgeting Methods on Municipal Level

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Alternativní metody rozpočtování obcí“ je návrh systému programově-výkonového rozpočtování na úrovni města Přerova. První část je zaměřena na shromáždění základních teoretických informací o příslušných alternativních rozpočtových metodách a jejich porovnání se současným způsobem rozpočtování. V praktické části je poté navržena programová struktura odrážející prioritní oblasti města včetně výkonových ukazatelů umožňujících vyhodnocení naplňování stanovených cílů a využití informací pro následující období.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: „Alternative budgeting methods on municipal level“ is proposal of the budget system using the methodology of program-performance budgeting in Prerau. The first part is focused on gathering basic theoretical information on relevant budget alternative methods and then comparison with the current method of budgeting. The practical part proposes program structure reflecting the priority areas of the city including performance indicators which can evaluate the achievement of the goals and usage for the next period .
