Abstract:

Cílem této práce je navržení datové struktury registru SITS (Safe Implementation of Treatments in Stroke) ve formátu HL7 CDA. Úvod je zaměřen na popis standardů pro výměnu dat ve zdravotnictví, které jsou DASTA a standardy rodiny HL7. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou pacientského záznamu v registru SITS, jeho návrhem ve formátu HL7 CDA a definicí slovníků pro kódování pojmů. Poslední součástí práce je vytvoření transformačního stylu, včetně doplňkových souborů, určených pro převod zdrojových SITS záznamů do nově navrženého formátu a ověření správnosti výsledných dokumentů.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis is to design data structure of SITS (Safe Implementation of Treatments in Stroke) register in HL7 CDA format. The introduction is about to describe communication standards in healthcare, which is DASTA and HL7 standards. The practical part deals with study of patient?s record in SITS register, its project in HL7 CDA and definition of the vocabularies for the coding of the terms. The last part of the project is about the creation of the transformation style, additional files including, which are stated for converting SITS source records into newly designed format and verifying of the right results of the final document.
