Legal status and duties of the municipal police

Abstract:

Před devatenácti lety se našemu národu vrátila svoboda a demokracie. Kriminalita z našich měst sama nevymizí. Obecní policie nabízí své služby všem občanům. Občané mohou tyto služby bezplatně využívat. Obecní policie je orgánem obce. Pachatel přestupku, chce co nejmenší pokutu. Každý přestupce nemůže být řešen domluvou. Mladí strážníci pociťují méně strach. Strážníci při plnění svých povinností používají zákroky a úkony. Přestupci by v budoucnu měli za přestupky platit kreditní kartou, přímo na místě přestupku. Přestupci používají ustanovení o osobě blízké účelově. Řešením je, porovnání podobizen přestupce ze dvou databází. Vznik metropolitní policie budou doprovázet významné legislativní změny. Strážníci jsou v dnešní době neodlučitelnou součástí populace.

Abstract:

The freedom and the democracy in our country were restoring nineteen years ago. The crimes from our cities will not disappear by themselves. The municipal police are offering all kinds of services to whole population. The municipal police are authorities of the county. In general, trespasser of the trespass wants the lowest penalty possible. Not all of the violation can be resolve by the agreement. In general, the less experience officers feel less fear than the more experience one. During the duty the police officers uses all kinds of interventions and operations. In the future the trespassers should be prosecuting at the moment and pay fees by the credit card at the place of action. The trespasser can use the regulation of near target defaulter. The solution is comparison the profile of the trespassers within two databases. Many legislative changes will follow the establishing of Metropolitan police. In these days, the police officers are so integral part of the society.
