Bakalářská práce zkoumá historii německého gymnázia Jihlava ve druhé polovině 19. století a také porovnává školský systém v 19. a 20. století. Práce obsahuje stručný vývoj školství od roku 1774, až do roku 1939. Zejména je kladen důraz na změnu ve struktuře školství ve druhé polovině 19. století po reformách, které nastaly v roce 1848. The bachelor thesis examines the history of the German grammar school in Jihlava in the second half of the 19th century and also compares the school system in the 19th and 20th centuries. The work contains a brief development of education from 1774 until 1939.
